About Me.
I'm an LCPC with special interests in ADHD, OCD, Religious Trauma, and body neutrality. I would love to work with you to develop your own specialty in any of these areas or to get the information you need to help a specific client on their healing journey. I think the therapeutic relationship is our most powerful tool so if receiving consultation allows your client to stay with you, the therapist they trust, and get their specific needs met that's a win in my book.

My education: I have a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Science from Oklahoma State University and a Master's of Counseling from The University of Arkansas. I am EMDR trained and have been practicing EMDR consistently for over 5 years. I completed ERP training with Dr. Becky Beaton-York, a leader in OCD education and treatment. I have completed training with The Religious Trauma Institute and Reclamation Collective in addition to my lived experiences of evangelicalism.

Supervision
For pre-licensed therapists who are interested in becoming fully licensed in the state of Illinois. If my specialties align with yours I'd love to connect about being your supervisor!
